LEASE TAKEOVER: Need someone(s) to take my son and his friend's lease from now to 8/31/2024 (Flexible move-in/move-out dates). The apartments name is Brooklyn Plaza, address is 4106 Brooklyn Ave NE, 98105, within 5-minutes walking distance of campus. the unit is at top floor with a balcony, 700 sqft, with elevator in the building. Your choice of full furnished (my son and his friend can leave their stuff to you) or unfurnished. We are looking for someone(s) can take the entire unit preferably, but also consider 1-person/1-bedroom sub-lease. Their current leasing price is $2050. Utility is about $120-140/month ($60-70/person if 2 people live in). Your sub-lease price is negotiable depending on how long and how soon you could take the place (i.e, We could do $1600 (whole unit) if you could take the lease on 3/1 and stay through the end of August. Street parking is available, underground garage parking is $200/month extra. 3 people max for the unit. No-pet preferred by leasing office, but indoor, not very active cat is Ok. Prospective sub-lessee needs to do the application/screening process required by the leasing office.
