All flooring to be replaced by owners on February as the last tenants destroyed them. Will be putting a pergo hard wood flooring through out house. This is a wonderful home for a family. It is located in a very family friendly neighborhood. At the center of the subdivision there is a park and large grass area that can be used. Don't miss the gorgeous sunsets from the deck come some! We are flexible landlords and are willing to work with many situations. Move in cost is 2600 which is your first month's rent. Security fee will be waived. For the month of December as a gift from us to you your rent will only be 500.
