Property Id: 1722378 Hi, I have a beautiful 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath house in Aurora, in which I will be renting 1 of my bedrooms, available from February 1st, 2025. The bathroom will be shared with one other female roommate, that I already have in the other room. The rent would be $950, and this includes water, electricity, HOA and Wifi. The house is right by the main road, grocery stores at walkable distance, bus stop right behind my house. Very convenient location right by Community College of Aurora and Delaney farms, 20 mins from the airport. DM me if interested. We will go from there
