There are 2 additional spaces that were once used as an artist's workroom and an office but currently have twin beds in them for guests. The area is walkable to restaurants, a bookstore and coffee shops. It is 4 blocks from the Ballona Creek bike path that leads to Marina Del Rey and the beach. You could not ask for a better location. The front house is owner occupied - must be comfortable around dogs. Amenities include cable readiness, high-speed internet access, and in-unit washer/dryer, ensuring modern living standards.
