About This Property
Showings can be scheduled only for approved applicants. This is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath town home - in a quiet, nestled neighborhood - just a short walk from downtown Waynesboro. Enter into the living room on the main floor where you will find a half-bath followed by an eat-in kitchen (with a walk-out deck attached and a big pantry!). Head downstairs to access the garage and the washer/dryer room. On the top floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a private, full bathroom (walk-in shower) and a walk-in closet. In the hallway, there is a linen closet and another full-bath with a shower tub. Tenant pays electric, water/sewer, trash, and gas. There is an additional $80 fee per month that covers lawn care, snow removal, and long-term building projects and grounds maintenance. Pets are allowed. There is a $250 NON REFUNDABLE Pet Deposit and a $25 a month Pet Fee for each pet. An application must be submitted for all parties 18 and over who will be living at the home and get pre-approved in order to schedule any showings. Once pre-approved you will be contacted to schedule a showing and move forward with the rental application. Rent: $1625/mo Security Deposit: $1625 Application Fee: $35 (non-refundable) We will also charge a $100 Move-In Processing Fee at lease signing.
