This ground-floor unit has a huge kitchen for a studio, with room for a small eat-in dining area or a dedicated desk/work space. There are two other occupied units in the building both with quiet and very courteous tenants. All apartments have separate entires on different sides of the house for maximum privacy. Landlords employ a local manager to oversee the property so that maintenance stays up-to-date and repair requests are handled promptly. OPEN HOUSE TOURS: 2/15, 2/16, 2/22 & 2/23 from 12-5pm. Priority will be given to applicants who attend an open house and meet the manager. 2/22 & 2/23 open houses are as needed. If we find tenants who are a good fit the first weekend, we will not be holding open houses the second weekend. REQUIREMENTS: 1-year lease & $2800 required for move-in ($1400 security deposit + 1st month's rent). Minimum income of 3x rent to qualify.
