As an added bonus, water/sewer and trash are included, and lawn maintenance is provided by the owner! The school district is: Tyler ISD The schools are: Bonner Elementary, Hubbard Middle, Tyler High School There is approximately 819 square feet of living space. Owner pays for water/sewer and trash. Tenant is responsible for electric, gas, and cable/internet. The Pet Policy for this property is: 1 pet max, 25 lb. weight limit If you have pets, please confirm your pets are allowed at this property prior to submitting your application(s). You are required to complete a application for each pet when you submit your rental application. To complete all pet screenings, go to and ‘share’ each completed profile with CPM. This program includes benefits such as Filter Delivery, Online Tenant Portal, Waived Late Fee, Utility Concierge, Inspection Reschedule and more! Participation in this program may vary due to the property specifications. The cost of the program is all-inclusive.
