About 420 North St San Marcos, TX 78666
1 bedroom 1 bath studio that's perfect if you're looking to live walking distance to campus. It's the corner apartment so you don't have anyone next to you and is slightly bigger than the others! Water is included in the bill and electricity is separate. The electricity, trash, and gas ranges from $50-100 depending on how much you use of course. You pay this through the City of San Marcos website. Right next to Sanctuary Lofts, San Jacinto Hall, and a coffee shop to study if you don't want to study at the library. 5-10 minute walk to the small H-E-B. The washer and dryer is downstairs and costs $3 (cheaper than the laundromats nearby, I've checked). Can be paid with quarters or through an app! In my experience, very quiet and peaceful apartment since there's literally only ~10 units. Instructions to apply: Apply on this link right here: https://smtxmanagement.appfolio.com/listings/rental_applications/new?listable_uid=541480c4-7514-454d-8ee6-91c0a3cdb5ae&source=Website There's a $40 application fee, and this is a tenant change link. The application takes between 24-48 hours to be approved, and is a quick and easy move in! Call SMTX Management for any other questions regarding the property or e-mail me through the link! DISCLAIMER: The stuff in the pictures will not be included in the apartment, including the man walking around and putting on a sock.
