I absolutely love living at 4200 Paradise Apartments it's really a wonderful place to live and the staff here makes it that much more enjoyable it's safe I'm a single mother and it's a very good value for the price!
For the most part everyone has treated me with the utmost respect. I've only had one small issue with property management that was quickly resolved. Just wished the circumstances surrounding my move in could've been different.

What a Perfect location! 4200 paradise apartments are 10 minutes from the airport or less, A two minute drive to Las Vegas Blvd. and a wonderful 15 minute walk if you prefer. there are several yummy restaurants all around the apartment vicinity. Also, if you just want to chill at home, you have an outside balcony for sunbathing and beautiful grounds with two pools in this gated apartment complex. I would encourage anyone who wants peace and quiet or a hoop and hollering nightlife to consider living at 4200 Paradise.

I like living here. Gates access control. Good apartment security with double door locks I have no bugs in my apartment, that’s so great compared to previous apartments I lived in.

Paradise 4200 apartments are very comfortable. I feel very safe in my apartment. It is peaceful and not too far from the strip and many things to do, including lots of restaurants. I recommend the complex to my friends.

Living in 4200 is literally PARADISE. love everything about it. People in the office are a whole 10. Friendly, efficient, simply the best. The only issue that you're gonna face YOUR WHOLE LEASE TERM is the horrible/dirty/old laundry machines that don't work and just take your money. After complaining for a whole year, they finally replaced the little box to recharge your card and turns out that now you're paying $10 USD FOR A SINGLE CARD, instead of the original $5. THAT'S THE ONLY THING THEY CHANGED. TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED, BUT IT'S WHAT YOU GET. If you wish to have better laundry rooms, GET ANOTHER LEASE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY, NOT HERE. Thank you, guys. Love you.

The office team, and services at this complex are done quite well. They will communicate and get involved in making your Home the most habitable place to be. Nonetheless, the complex is located in a very well centric area of Las Vegas, the strip is only 10 min walking distance, or 3 min by car.

4200 Paradise is a wonderful place to live. Been here for a little over a year, have never seen a single cockroach or rat, the management are awesome and always helpful and the residents for the most part are friendl. the amenities are awesome! For a 3 story apartment complex there’s multiple elevators, 3 separate laundry rooms available (machines do break but they usually do a quick job repairing them, there’s 2 pools and one of them have a hot tub, small gym but has the necessities and enough parking spaces. There’s some homeless people around the area but have never seen any homeless people inside the property and there’s usually a police patrol every now and then which is nice. Close there’s a bus stop in front of the complex and another one behind the complex so it’s extra easy to get around the city. Walking distance to the strip and if you enjoy eating out there’s a lot of choices within walking distance. If you’re looking for something clean, quiet, not too pricey and what feels like home, 4200 paradise is the place to be!

The place is a run down old building nothing gets fixed right. Hot water goes out several times a year. Stoves break down and not fixed properly. A/C breaks down takes days to fix. Think twice before renting at 4200. They do not return calls or don't answer at all.

4200 Paradise is a superb apt complex to live in. The complex is well maintained and their maintenance dept is quick to resolve any maintenance needed. The staff is really friendly and knows their job. A big shout out to the manager Kayla for being an asset to the management team!

Not a bad spot, overpriced for the missing amenities namely in unit w/d. Oftentimes the washers are broken with standing water left in them or dryers that don't heat up. So you'll have to go on a hunt that tike to the opposite side of the complex just to clean your linens etc.

We went 12 days without hot water and residents were promised they would be compensated and were not. I have paid my rent on time for 2 years. I moved because I feel the new manager is disrespectful of the property (dirty) and tenants. The previous manager (June) was excellent.

Too many breaks in, maintenance doesn’t really fix’s anything. They will give you problems once you start using government assistance to pay for rent. The list goes on.

From the very first phone call inquiring about the property, I was met with the utmost level of professionalism. This was a long-distance move for us. The entire staff at 4200 Paradise, not only helped us along the way but actually cared that we were arriving at our new home with as much ease as possible. I would highly recommend this apartment complex. The grounds are beautiful, the pools, gym & hot tub are always open and always clean. And of course, it's right off the strip! Beautiful place at a great price! I love the apartment and the facilities are clean and inviting! the gym is fully equipped and so clean! The grounds are well taken care of too.

Been living here at the complex for 4 years. No complaints. Everything is great because we have a gated community, 24 hour pool access and Gym access. Mailbox support among many other things. Love 4200 Paradise with all my heart

From applying to move-in day our experience with the staff at 4200 was very pleasant. We know we can go to them at any time with any questions or concerns and they are completely respectful of us. The property is clean and secure which makes us feel safe and comfortable in our new home. I love the beautiful palm tree views. Every person we have met in this community has been friendly and respectful to us. We couldn’t be happier living here.

4200 Apartment homes is in a great location and convenient to the Las Vegas strip especially if youre a hospitality worker. It would be nice to see the property manager engage with her tenants as well as listen to property concerns when they come about
