About This Property
This is a studio apartment in a safe neighborhood off Sanger Ave in Waco, TX. It's located in our fenced-in backyard. Electricity, Water, Garbage and Sewage are included in the cost of rent. This space is ideal for one adult as it's an open layout studio. Pets are welcome within reason. We have a small dog that plays in the (shared) backyard space. Our family lives in the main house and we would prefer one tenant who can commit to a 6 month lease (renewal option at the end of that period). There is a window unit for warmer weather and a small space heater is ideal for colder seasons. The apartment includes a microwave, refrigerator, television, griddle, and coffee maker. There is a lighted "book nook" which could be used as a closet, or for additional storage. $30 non-refundable application fee.
4209 Sanger Ave is an apartment community located in Mclennan County and the 76710 ZIP Code.
