The well-appointed kitchen boasts modern appliances, ample cabinet space, and a convenient breakfast bar, making meal preparation a breeze. Whether you're whipping up a quick snack or preparing a gourmet feast, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips. A brand new pool with sun loungers and a spa await you, along with a pergola where you can relax and spend the afternoon. For the kids, there are games and mini-golf to enjoy. Plus, there's ample room for your boat, giving you easy access to endless aquatic adventures right from your doorstep. The pool is always heated to 80°F/27°C, which is a normal pool temperature. If you would like, we can increase it to 90°F/32°C for an additional $30 per day to cover additional energy use. The neighborhood is family-friendly oriented. For transportation, catch a ride on the Pompano Circuit by downloading the app. We warmly welcome pets to our property. However, we kindly request that pets refrain from accessing the furniture.
