Despite being blocks from Main Street and the Promenade, the cottage is in a quiet residential area. Enjoy the privacy of your own cottage by the sea, with many restaurants, parks, grocery store and transportation options nearby. Enjoy a walk or run to the beach every day! Hi, I’m Charleen, the owner. My two children and I live in the front, street-facing cottage and my back cottage is available for rent. The standalone cottage is about 800 square feet and is a 1 bedroom plus bonus room, with 2 full bathrooms (one has a walk-in shower, the other an antique claw foot bath). The largest room is 15x15 feet. My previous tenants used this main room as the living/dining room. The smallest room (bonus room) is 10x10 feet. The carpeted bedroom room has been remodeled to have hard flooring; it has a closet and is approximately 10x12x. Private shaded garden in the back on tiled patio. Shared laundry room with my family. Rent is $3,450/month and includes water & garbage, laundry room, and 1 street parking permit for residents. Minimum of one year lease, then month to month. A small well-behaved dog or cat would be considered with an extra deposit. The cottage should be available February 8th. If you're interested, I can share a video of the cottage.
