This is a 6 bedroom, 3 bath home. The rent includes electric, water, gas, internet and trash pickup. We are looking for UCCS students. Either 6 females or 6 males. If you have friends looking for a place to rent this would be great for you. We have been renting to students for 10 years. The house is walking distance to the campus. Each room has a private lock. There is washer, dryer. There are 2 family rooms one upstairs and one downstairs. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 hot water tanks. There is a 2-car garage.
