The downtown area is colorful and full of family activities, events, conventions, coffee shops, eateries, museums and food just waiting to be explored. THE SPACE: You will walk through the front door from a welcoming porch with two rocking chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee as you wait for the sun to set behind The Tower of the Americas. There is a coffee bar, full-sized fridge and of course starter cleaning supplies. THE KITCHEN has a dishwasher, gas stove, farmhouse sink, all of the basic needs to cook with plenty of cooking utensils, silverware, plates, cups, tupperware, pots and pans. THE TWO GUEST ROOMS can be found in a separate hallway with a shared full-sized bathroom. The first bedroom has 2 extralong twin-sized beds for guests and a walk-in closet and chester drawers. The second bedroom has been converted to a home-office with two 3ft x 4ft white boards, two desks, a printer setup (printer not included), a walk-in closet and a mounted TV to increase productivities. This set-up is perfect for a student or a work-from-home professional. THE MASTER BEDROOM is found split from the two guest rooms by a spacious laundry room that has a washer and dryer in the unit, its own closet and shelves for personal storage needs. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, two walk-in closets, a chester drawer and a double vanity in the bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower (no tub!), with lots of storage under both sinks and shelves to add your own personal touch. THE FRONT YARD is small and easy to maintain. There is a lawn service that will cut the front and back yard twice a month for your convenience (price included in the rent). If you can manage the yard, please communicate this with the owner and this can be deducted from the rent! THE BACKYARD has a huge storage shed that houses workout equipment that is available to the guest. More pictures to be added soon! Pets are welcome! No smoking allowed on the property.

San Antonio blends a rich heritage with modern innovation, resulting in a metropolis teeming with true Texan heart. San Antonio’s distinctive environment reflects centuries of style and a diverse array of culture, which is best exemplified in the La Villita Historic Arts Village. The Alamo may be the most renowned structure in the city, but there are plenty of magnificent historical buildings to see—from the Emily Morgan Hotel to the Meyer Halff House.
Stretched along the San Antonio River is the famous River Walk, where residents and visitors alike can walk or bike from the San Antonio Zoo to the Witte Museum, the historic Majestic Theatre, the Shops at Rivercenter, the Missions of San Antonio and back again.
The city and the surrounding region offer endless opportunities for exploration.
