About This Property
Princeton Valley is Eau Claire's premiere residential community located just off of the HWY 53 Bypass & the North Crossing/HWY 312. These townhomes are located at the end of secluded neighborhood. The property allows for quick and easy access to HWY 53, trails, golf course, shopping and restaurant. This unit has two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a dishwasher, above the range microwave, washer & dryer, wall a/c and an attached one car garage. Rent includes sewer, lawn care, and snow removal. Rent starts at $1225 per month with a 12-month lease. We require that all tenants carry renter's insurance. Electric is separately metered for each unit and vary, depending upon usage. We provide expected averages between $125 and $150 per month. In the winter, we provide expected high-end averages to be about $175 per month. Tenants pay bills directly to Xcel Energy. Water utilities also are separately metered for each unit and vary, depending upon usage. We provide expected averages of about $30 per person per month. Water is billed directly to Regal Property Management quarterly from the City of Eau Claire. Tenants pay $18/month for trash services. This is a SMOKE-FREE property, and the policy is strictly enforced. This property can accommodate 1 dog, up to 50 pounds full-grown, with an approved pet policy form. To have a pet policy form approved, dogs will need to be spayed/neutered, licensed with the city and up to date on all vaccinations. The fee is $50 per month. This is a smoke free property.
