All smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube, along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and send alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is not recording nor storing sound data. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. A laptop computer is not included.
