For extra sleeping space, there is a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. The fully updated kitchen comes with complete amenities and ample counter space for meal preparation. Relax in the covered patio and enjoy the large backyard. Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. Inside, discover a cool and relaxing living room with a Roku TV and access to a covered patio. The dining room and kitchen with a laundry area are on the right, while the first bedroom is on the left from the main entrance. The other three bedrooms and bathrooms are down the hallway on the left side of the living room. Outside, enjoy a covered patio, firepit, and charcoal grill. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A non-refundable pet fee is required for all pets. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged if there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home. This house is conveniently located with easy access to major highways, supermarkets, shopping centers, and parks, just a few minutes from everything. It is only a few blocks away from Vaughn Road Elementary School. The house features contact-free check-in via a digital door code, with the code provided upon check-in. Guests have full and private access to the home. A signed rental agreement is required and guests must be 21 years of age to book. We offer maximum privacy but are only a phone call away if needed during your stay.
