We will provide one complimentary in-stay clean! **The second bedroom is a non conforming bedroom located in the basement. ** The space Inside, this unit boasts 3 beds (one king and two queen), one full-bath, and a large outdoor patio. When you’re not eating at one of the nearby restaurants this cozy kitchen is the perfect place to prepare food for the family or just enjoy a morning cup of coffee. With bonus amenities such as Cable tv and an outdoor Grill, you probably won’t even want to leave. However, if you do want to get out and explore, you’ll have easy access to Broadway Ave, Speer Blvd and I25, which are some of Denver’s main thoroughfares. Even closer to home, though, you’ll be a five-minute walk to some of Denver's most popular bars and restaurants. Other things to note There is no smoking allowed inside the property of any kind. Dogs are welcome and we charge a $250 non-refundable fee per month. Please inquire about multiple pets, cats, or stays longer than 30 days. Complimentary in-stay clean is scheduled roughly 2 weeks into your reservation. If staying 60 days or more, we will provide an additional complimentary in-stay clean around week 6. Please inquire for stays longer than 60 days. We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
