Today, the lower level is home to D's Breakfast and Burgers and the upstairs has five loft apartments. This is our largest Loft and reflects the "essence" of Loft Style living. The Loft includes large windows overlooking Old Main Street, high end manufactured wood floors, clean white cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a washer and dryer on site for shared tenant use. The Lofts on Old Main Street are located in the heart of the Palmetto Historic District, which is on the National Register of Historic Places. They are a mere 2 blocks from the Manatee River and less than 2 miles from downtown Bradenton. Sorry, but NO pets allowed and NO smoking allowed. NOTE, there will be an additional charge of $150 per month added to the rent (over and above the $1,600 base rental rate) to cover the cost of water, electric, and trash. So, the total rent amount per month INCLUDING water and electric is $1,750 Lease requirements include: - $25 application fee (applied to first months rent if you sign a lease) - First and last months rent - $500 Security deposit. - 12 month lease
