With an approved application, an in-person property tour will be scheduled prior to payment of the required security deposit. How to Apply: A completed application with application fee is required if you are interested in renting the property. The application is available on our website, The non-refundable application fee is $35 per person age 18 or older. The application process includes a credit check, background check, landlord reference, and income verification. Unpaid eviction(s) and/or landlord judgment(s) may disqualify the application. All lease terms one year unless otherwise noted. Pets are considered at select homes and townhomes only. Pets are not permitted at apartments. There is a pet application process through Pet Screener to determine the non-refundable pet fee due at move in and monthly pet rent, per pet. The minimum non-refundable pet fee is $250 and minimum monthly pet rent is $30 per pet, per month. The Pet Screener process is also used for assistance animal applications.
