As the hub of New York’s creative and tech industries, the area is filled with unique retail shops, exciting nightlife, and modern restaurants. The restored Madison Square Park offers beautiful landscaping, great views, historic sculptures, and constant music, art, and food events. NoMad is centrally located in Manhattan, providing easy access to the rest of the city. This apartment is located at the back of the building with no view of the street. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home, or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair, making it remote work-friendly.
