Being centrally located in Manhattan, it offers easy access to the rest of the city. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including the home and outside areas. Violating the smoking policy will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, as well as possible removal from the property. You will either be personally greeted or provided with self check-in instructions. A property rental agreement must be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations. For stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning is required every 30 days, with the fee invoiced prior to the service. The apartment is remote work-friendly with high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace complete with an ergonomic chair.
