In the photo you will see a shed next to the garage, the owner will be storing items in that shed and it is not included. All fireplaces are decorative. Dogs are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo). Sorry no cats. As a tenant you will be responsible for all utilities. Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card.
