rent something worth for

We just rented this apartment ,and it been a nightmare, we had gave the owner a deposit for a 2 bedroom and it's been 2 months and now he gave us a one bedroom and stove doesn't work kitchen is old and disgusting, laundry don't work now I'm stock here ,while I look for another apartment, I live for 5 years across the street and totally different everything was beautiful and clean , I was ask to leave my old apartment because the new owner didn't like us to have visitors but!! Even that I never fail to pay the rent on time and cleaned.
