Shade from upper unit and building location allows for low energy (electric bill) usage. Water and trash included. You pay for natural gas for the stove. Cats and dogs okay at my discretion, depending on breed and size. Maximum two occupants. My past tenants were a young married couple, but they had a child and needed more room. This is an idle place for a couple that is looking to save money to buy their own home. Not ideal for smokers since the patio faces the inside courtyard, so you would have to go to the parking lot or front of the building to smoke and that would be a pain. Move-in requires $2,100 security deposit. $250 pet (approved by me prior to signing lease) deposit. If interested, I will email you the application. In addition to the completed application, I will need a current drivers’ license ID, all work contact information, proof of income (two most recent pay stubs and two most recent bank statements).
