Income: -Gross monthly income must be 2.5x the rental amount. -Applicants in a group can combine their income to meet the required 2.5x income. -If an applicant does not have the necessary income, they will require a double deposit and a co-signor that meets the co-signor requirements. Credit Score: -Must be above a 650 Credit Score. Be aware that water shutdowns occur monthly without notice, and the callbox has been non-functional for two months. It's unclear if there's an on-site manager, and problem resolution often takes several days. Despite a great location, the recent change in management has led to poor overall management.
Coastline Equity is the new management company that took over. the previous owner/manager. This is what happens when big companies take over. All they do is increase your rent and add random charges but the building is just getting worse. It took about 4 months for them to fix our call box, the cleanliness/maintenance infront and around is getting worse. Only thing that's good is the location is central to markets, restaurants but they'll use every opportunity to charge you the most and do the least.
