Swimming in the lake is strictly prohibited by theRiverside County Health Department.5. Renters are not allowed to use any common area facilities. This includesthe gym, clubhouse, or pool area.6. No car parking after 6PM on the street. You may park 4 to 6 cars on thedriveway and 2 cars inside the garage If you happen to have extra cars, youhave to park outside of the community on the street.
