It is perfect for Mines Students (about 15 minutes by car or about 30 on a bicycle. I ride to Golden several times a week), NREL employees (about 10 minutes by car. I bike South Table Mountain several times a week), or the new Lutheran employees (about 5 minutes). **There are only two apartments in the building. I’m the owner and live in one of the units on the property. If it isn’t good enough for me it isn’t good enough for you. You get personalized attention here. This isn’t mass production living! **Property is on a cul-de-sac that abuts Wheat Ridge green belt; There is never any parking issues and you can walk your pet on the green belt in less than 5 minutes. You are surrounded by nature on this property. ##I have a full-sized fridge I can provide for free.
