I am posting my apartment for sublet for the remainder of my lease which ends at the end of February. I have lived in this apartment for 3+ years and I love it but I have recently purchased a house after realizing I need to upgrade. Its a beautiful apartment with a W/D in the apartment, a Dishwasher and garbage disposal. The bedroom is spacious and features a walk-in closet with ample space. In the living room there is a wood-burning fireplace and a balcony which has probably the best view of South Mountain in the entire complex. I am very eager to get this apartment rented and would be willing to incentivize your decision.
