About This Property
** If you're NOT looking to move within the next 30 days, check back when you are! Best advice: GO TO OUR RENTALS WEBSITE to check if this is still avail** or search “AVAILABLE” on our YouTube channel, or subscribe so you get noti's before units are even listed!** Halloween may be behind us, but you've gotta admit, on the outside this spot looks like it'd be in the opening credits of a Disney Original - except in this version, instead of a sisterhood of witches, it's you that lives there!! The charm of your fully suited kitchen with dark as night appliances, the awe of an obsidian toilet, the wooded... floors. Broomclosets- I mean, coat closets a plenty! Two places to poop! (yes, witches poop, too) Stone facade fireplace that won't open up the pits of hell because it's merely decorative, child! Your own laundry because without it, life can be a real witch. PLUS, you also get garage parking for your vehicle! Otherwise, please for the humor of it, just leave a single broomstick in the middle. APP STUFF: Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound. We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free. Central West End’s European vibe is on display everywhere you look, from the classic architecture and layout to the charming parks and gardens to the open-air cafes and bistros that line the streets. The most dominant landmark is the sprawling Forest Park with its trails, sports facilities, lush greenery, and famous zoo – it’s a perfect community backyard for the families and urban professionals who call CWE home. The neighborhood’s elaborate Halloween celebrations and Labor Day Greek Festival are immensely popular, drawing people from all over the city. Art galleries and performance venues are popular draws as well, and the neighborhood enjoys a healthy yet subdued nightlife scene.
While located at the heart of one of the region’s biggest cities, Central West End is mostly residential, with most of the landscape filled with single-family homes. Apartments tend to be very affordable, and rental houses tend to be quite reasonable as well.
