About This Property
Property Id: 1675955 A cool black house right downtown, completely furnished. Perfect to rent for the winter if you're a ski bum/ shred head. A few walkable blocks to restaurants and the snow bus. You can even walk to grocery stores, if need be. The interior is dark but it gets lots of light. It's definitely a vibe, also, totally cozy. The kitchen and bathroom were remodled a few years ago, so it's in great condition, with newer appliances. There is a garage with a driveway. There's no parking in the garage, but there is a small area for storage, also a mudroom. There is a fenced yard with a fire pit. This is for the ski season only! Jan 1st- mid April (approximately). Move in/ out dates are flexible. Small dog is allowed and no more than 4 people, please. FYI You will be renting from a local (me). I have lived in this house since 2012 and put lots of work and love into it. Also, it's an older house and still a work in progress. Will be running a credit and background check.
