Starting her real estate career in 1998, Cory helped sell out the properties at Spring Mountain Ranch development, where she ended up being the sales manager for the fractional project, Hearthstone at Spring Mountain Ranch when it came on the market in 2002. From 2008 – 2012, she was the director of sales for McCall’s luxury downtown condominiums, Alpine Village. As an association broker, she currently can help her clients with the purchase and sale of general land sales, resales, new construction or commercial properties throughout Valley and Adams County. Cory is a graduate of the Idaho Real Estate Leadership Academy of 2016 and has several years on the Mountain Central Board of Realtors, including two years as the President of the Board. She is the 2025 President of the Mountain Central Association of Realtors.
