Property Ratings at 44 South
The maintenance staff are good guys, but management and security are atrocious. Management is incredibly rude and unwilling to hear out residents' concerns. If you live here, your car will likely be broken into at least once, so be prepared and be sure to not leave any valuables in your vehicle. "Security" is one guy who drives by on occasion, takes a picture to prove he was there, and then drives away. The tow truck stops by much more frequently to tow your car or your guest's car even if registered. Would not recommend moving here.

I have been living here for about 4 months and it has been nothing short of amazing. I’d like to note that signing here was a last minute decision for me, but was made SO easy and the staff was incredibly helpful. This community is quiet, clean, safe, and fun! I love the amenities and great community. I can’t wait to resign!!! Thank you 44 south for building and upholding such a great environment to live!

This property is amazing. I went about searching multiple location from South Austin, Downtown and the Domain. 44 South had a great special and I was truly happy with the technology features and amenities found in this beautiful mid-rise community. The office team, Theresa and Tristian are super helpful and friendly! This is a fantastic location for myself to easily get onto i35 for work when I travel and sneak away to The Yard (St. Elmo district) for fun activities and dining. If you are searching for your next home, look no further! 44 South is captures the fun vibe of South Austin with great venues just moments away.
