Property Id: 1342324 Cozy yet spacious basement studio apartment in the residential neighborhood of Brookland, D.C.. Have all the benefits of the city with a quiet neighborhood feel! The entire unit is for your private use, with private entrance. There is shared washer and dryer should you need it, and a shared backyard with gas grill. We do have a treadmill in the shared laundry room; let us know if you'd like to use it! Street parking is very easy. If you have a car, we can get you a "visitor parking pass" that can be used for up to 60 days (learn more about parking in DC at ), and then renewed if you're stay is longer. * 1 mile from 2 different metro stations (Brookland-CUA red line & Fort Totten green & red lines) and blocks from many bus lines (E2, 80, R4). * Studio is in a family home. Though peaceful 7:30pm-7:30am, you will hear us living life above you during the day. Daytime hours are quietest during school hours.
