The light rail to Union Station downtown or to DIA is 0.8 miles away, the home is less than 2 miles to RiNo via the brand new 39th Ave greenway and just a few blocks to I-70 for all you commuters! 20 minutes to the airport or 10 minutes to downtown. There is a distillery a few blocks away and a brewery at York Street Yards called Cohesion and also a golf simulator bar called Feather and Fin both on the greenway. There is also a coffee shop a short walk away. The home is well maintained and has many recent upgrades. There is a Samsung washer and dryer, new light fixtures, new bathroom vanity, patio with gas fire pit, grill, deck, solar panels on the roof, landscaping and irrigation system. Central heat, air conditioning, keyless entry and fiber internet. The neighborhood park is only a block away.
