RENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT INFORMATION: Rent for this home is at the low price of only $1,725.00 per month. With an approved application and credit score of 610 or higher, the security deposit is generally $1,725.00. If approved with a slightly lower credit score, a double deposit ($3,450.00) may be required. If approved, the security deposit must be paid and lease signed within 48 HOURS of acceptance (generally known within 24-48 hours of applying) in order to secure the home and remove it from the market. QUALIFICATION INFORMATION: Acceptance is based on a mixture of credit score, rental history, and total monthly income. CREDIT SCORE- 610 or higher is required. If accepted with a slightly lower credit score (due to meeting income requirements and good rental history), a double deposit may be required. If accepted with a credit score of 610 or higher the security deposit is generally the same as 1 month’s rent ($1,725.00). RENTAL HISTORY- We verify applicants are in good standing with their current and/or previous landlords and that no unpaid rent/fees are due to current and/or previous landlords. Also, we verify no evictions have been filed on the applicant in the last 5 years. INCOME REQUIREMENT (total combined monthly income) is 3.5x the market rent (i.e. $1,725.00 x 3.5= $6,037.50). APPLICATIONS & FEES: Applications are a non-refundable $85.00 per person. Each person 18 or older is required to place an application. NO ZILLOW APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED. We are only able to hold a unit for a move-in scheduled for up to 2 WEEKS from the date of acceptance IF the security deposit is paid and the lease is signed by all applicants within 48 HOURS of acceptance.
