This unit was gutted and completely redone in 2008/2009. HVAC was installed during this time and the unit comes with electric Heat and Air-Conditioning. Owner pays for water, trash, and sewage. Tenant pays for electric and cable/internet. First month's rent and security deposit equal to one month's rent due at time of signing. 12 month Contract up front, and then month-to-month after that. Dogs or cats are welcome but will be subject to a $50 per month fee. There is no application fee.
