The suite comes fully furnished at $1800 per month, or unfurnished at $1700 per month (utilities included). There is free parking, free use of the washer and dryer in the basement, and free wi-fi. If you take the furnished option, there is free streaming channels on the smart TV (Netflix, Crave, Prime).
