Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, weighing a combined total of 40 lbs. No Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs are permitted. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The apartment is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
