Fall River Rock garners its name from this unique private feature. We challenge you not to want to hop the trail of smaller rocks leading you from the yard to the big rock where, once sure of foot, you'll want to sit a spell to contemplate the overwhelming beauty and amazement that surrounds you on all sides as the frigid fresh waters of Fall River rush past you on all sides. The Experience at Fall River Rock When it's time to retire from your river perch zen, the home honors the quintessential mountain cabin vernacular with its gorgeous wood-cladding, large private deck and outdoor seating areas. A sun-drenched enclosed porch draws you inside its beautiful wooden trimmed confines for respite from the season's fickle weather changes. It's always warm and cozy in this space. The Great Room Wooden double sliding doors offer entrance to the open great room which oozes comfort and coziness yet confesses - this is no simple cabin. The lofty windows offer views of majestic Oldman Mountain on the one side and Castle mountain on the other. Inside, the great room is the heart of this home offering the wide-open dining room, living room and kitchen with expansive views of the river. The Kitchen and Dining Room The dining room table can seat up to 4 or more guests, continuing with the natural and comfortable Southwest theme throughout the home. Delivering food to that table is never a better experience than in Fall River Rock, as the kitchen is not only supremely functional - but spacious and beautiful as well. Equipped with modern appliances, two expansive islands, and every gadget and accoutrement you'll need, this kitchen is perfect for preparing anything from a quick snack to a long dinner with loved ones. For a more al fresco experience, don't miss the huge outdoor deck - and the nearby sitting area with massive panes of glass providing stunning views of nearby Rocky Mountain National Park. Upstairs at Fall River Rock A lovely and beautifully crafted natural wood hewn staircase leads to the upper floor loft which connects the upstairs bedroom and office overlooking the waters of Fall River rushing around the aforementioned rock.
