I am looking for a roommate to rent the second bedroom (starting Aug 1st, 2016) in an amazing 2 bed/2 bath brand new luxury apartment in the heart of Hayes Valley. The apartment is ~925sq ft and is literally amongst all the best restaurants, shops and bars that hayes has to offer. I have visited and viewed the location and it is simply the best apartment with regards to price, location and building amenities. See photos for more details. Note: The living room space will come lightly furnished so the apartment will be almost move-in ready. Highlights include: 2 bed/ 2 bath Large living room with oak floors Kitchen with all brand new appliances Brand new W/D in unit Amazing top-notch finishing throughout the apartment Webpass ultra high-speed internet service Common rooftop patio with grill 24/7 virtual doorman Rent: For the second bedroom with a detached bathroom, the rent would be about $2600 (gas, water and trash included) - total rent at the apartment is 5400 so I will be paying $200 more per month for the master bedroom. About me: I am a male 25 year old working in tech. I have lived in SF for 2 years and prior to that I lived in DC for 3 years. I have so far lived with the same roommate for 2 years. I am very personable and actually don't spend a lot of time in the apartment so I probably won't be seeing much of my roommate. I am easy going and can get along great with most people. You: Looking for someone who cares a lot about the type of neighborhood and environment that they live in. I spent the past few months looking for the perfect apartment and now that I have found it, I would love to find the right roommate who I can share the space with.
