About This Property

Fully Furnished Bright 2 Bedroom Apt If you are moving to Boulder or relocating in town and want a bright, beautiful space that is set up and ready for you, this could be your spot. Everything is included in this fully-furnished apartment, including all furniture, bedding, and a fully-stocked kitchen. Our two-bedroom, one-bath apartment includes extremely comfortable beds, air conditioning, and a washer/dryer. The apartment is on the lower level of our home and our family (two adults and one 4-year-old) lives on the main level. The apartment has a private entrance that is separate from our living space. We frequently play in the backyard, so you will see us outside. Because we are the homeowners and live on-site, we take pride in our property and make sure that the apartment is in perfect condition. Even though we do live on site, we respect your space and will interact with you as much or as little as you’d like. Recent updates include new lighting, appliances, and soundproofing. Here are a few highlights: - Fully furnished including a fully-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, range, refrigerator, etc - Lots of light with large windows (does not feel like a basement) - Two bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds - One bathroom with an updated vanity - Laundry room with full-sized washer, dryer, and space for storage - 1-minute bike ride to bike paths leading to CU and downtown Boulder - 1-3 minute walk to all buses (AB1, FF1, Skip, Dash, 204, etc) - 5-minute walk to grocery stores and parks - Parking spaces on the street in front of our home The apartment is in South Boulder, just a 1-3 minute walk from bus lines that serve Boulder, Denver, and the Denver Airport. The location is great with grocery, shopping, and parks that are within walking distance. If you need to get to CU or downtown Boulder, it’s a short 10-minute bike ride or bus ride. And if you need to get to downtown Denver, the Flatiron Flyer buses come every few minutes and the ride to downtown Denver is a fast 30 minutes.
