Enjoy the homey atmosphere, loving aqua decor of the entire house. Both bedrooms upstairs with private bathrooms and 1/2 bathroom downstairs. The master has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has one bunkbed of 3 full size beds plus a full sofa bed in the living room. There is plenty of space offered by this house for a very convenient rate. The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, blender, coffeemaker, plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans also full laundry room with washer and dryer, iron with ironing board, luggage benches, a portable playpen and baby gate small fence to restrict access to stairs, kitchen etc. beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, & beach toys all perfect packaged on the beach cart for easy & convenient transportation to the beach. You can find entertainment all over the house. WiFi and 3 new HD flatscreen smartTV’s with Roku, Showtime, Netflix, many premium channels, etc one in each bedroom and one 60 inches in the living room. Just login with your own User ID and password for your favorite application. Small Porch has a gas grill BBQ & 4 chairs breakfast table plus 2 high chairs for getting together. Porch is facing the pool fence, just few steps away where you can enjoy more activities.
