NOTE: Please note the 440 West Condominium Association approved a series of modernization projects to take place this year that could possibly affect you during your stay with us. One of these projects is the waterproofing and repairs to the Plaza/Pool Deck, Terraces, Planters, and Garages. This project will be done in two phases. At the present time, Phase I is tentatively set to start May 3rd. During Phase I of the project, the Plaza/Pool Deck will remain open, but construction/repairs will be underway around the perimeters in the Terraces and Planters of the units located on the "ground" floor. Phase II will begin as soon as Phase I is completed. During this last and final Phase of the project, the Plaza/Pool Deck and pool will be closed! The 440 West Condominium Association has made arrangements with our next door neighbor hotel to provide access to their pool facilities during both of these phases of the project to the owners and their guests. The specifics of these arrangements will be made available when you check-in. Regardless of the project, the noise resulting from any remodeling must be confined to between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. The association has made it clear to the Vendors/Subcontractors that all workers will need to be out of the property no later that 6:00pm. As a result, the expectation is that work will most likely be done around 4:30pm to allow for the required daily cleanup.
