The Room/Apt: Unfurnished room available that has two spacious closets, fits a queen size bed, drawers, bookcase, etc. and still have enough space in the middle to do yoga, etc. The apartment is amazing: HUGE, fully furnished living room along with kitchen, and dining area. The apartment has three rooms, you will be sharing a bathroom with one other female roommate. The best part about this place is just the amount of space we have, even as it's fully furnished.Please note the building does not allow pets. Rent (including utilities) is $1000 and approx. $60 for Internet, monthly cleaning, and cable (split evenly among roommates). Rent is month to month but prefer long-term Roommate must pass credit check. $600 Deposit and first month's rent due upon move-in. Plenty of parking on the street but can rent parking space for additional cost. Location: Three -Five minute walk from the Van Ness metro, which includes a Starbucks, Giant, CVS, the best wine store in DC (Calvert Woodley), dry cleaning, ZipCar locations and Gold's gym along the way. I also love the location since it's literally across the street from the entrance to the trails of Rock Creek Park. Cleveland Park is also about a mile away, which has amazing places to eat/drink. Up the street you have Tenley Town, which includes Whole Foods, Best Buy, The Container Store, ETC. The building amenities include laundry unit in basement, small rooftop, elevator, front desk concierge, and maintenance. Roommates: You will be living with two female professionals in their mid 30s. We are looking for a roommate who is laid back, respectful, helps maintain public areas clean, and is courteous of public spaces, roommates, and noise level.
