My SO and I have been living here for about a month now and I just have to say I love this apartment. Neighbors are super friendly and are generally quiet. I work from home and the loudest it will ever get is when a dog is barking which is rare (once max twice a day) and only last a couple seconds. Really dog friendly and the complex is really clean. I am on a waiting list for a garage however parking on the street is no problem especially since there is a retirement center right next door and full of parking space in front of it. The pool//spa is really clean and doesn't get high usage but is nice to use after a long day at. The apartment manager is amazing! She always ask how we are doing and if anything needs fixing she usually gets it done within the day or if it's a big thing (like my light fixture which needed replacing since it was broken yet usable) it will take only a few days for the handyman to swing by. Something I absolutely love about this apartment is the amount of air that passes through is amazing I never need a fan since the breeze comes in from every window! This apartment has a lot of storage as well. I have my own 6ft closet and my partner has his own closet as well. The front gate is a huge plus especially for a female like me who is at home sometimes late at night when my partner is stuck at work. I feel super safe and secure at all times. This apartment is also in a perfect location it is walking distance to food and coffee. Accessible to the 22 which is a short drive to the 605 and 405. Takes my partner about 40 mins to get to his job in Irvine. Laundry room is small but there is always a machine available sinc there are only 21 units.
