Some have used this as a 4th bedroom, guest bedroom, lounge area, or even more storage space. There is plenty of street parking and 3 shared carports. Rent is $2225 and includes trash and water and common utilities. Deposit is $4450. Application fee is $50. Tenants are cover for gas, electric, internet, and cable. Please no pets.
