My sophomore son (Mechanical Engineer) will be in one bedroom. All utilites, HOA, and internet included in the price. Single room $1000/month. Master bedroom is $1300/month. The Master Bedroom is big enough to room 2 people and then they could split the $1300/month room rent. Security deposit will be one months rent. Living room and dining room is furnished. Boys would only need to furnish their bedroom.
