A full-sized writing desk with USB ports, 55” Smart T.V., sound bar and fully furnished kitchen with a new double door refrigerator and freezer, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and many more. Enjoy the ocean breezes and peek-a-boo ocean views from our 12th floor balcony, ideal for taking in the city below, early morning coffee and/or working on your laptop while enjoying your own slice of outdoor, private space. Included are extra linens, blankets, yoga mat, cleaning products, shopping cart, and beach chairs among others. For a fee, we offer a parking pass at 555 Ocean Blvd, subterranean parking, just across the street. This unit is equipped with an independent check-in and check-out and security cameras throughout the property for your safety.
