Located between the bedrooms is a dedicated home office that boasts a skylight, large desk, ergonomic chair, and a 32" monitor, making it an ideal space for working from home. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment including the deck off the kitchen and the fenced-in backyard. The front yard and the fenced-off space under the kitchen deck are for the exclusive use of the downstairs apartment. The apartment is professionally designed and furnished, including modern workstations, premium amenities, and access to a 24/7 concierge team for anything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and includes a Nespresso coffee maker. For relaxation, enjoy luxury linens, premium Malin & Goetz bath products, and a smart TV with Roku (Netflix, Hulu). Family-friendly amenities include a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair available upon request for an additional fee. Monthly housekeeping is required for stays of 60 nights or longer, with a full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee will be invoiced immediately prior to the service. Discover an urban retreat in the vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood moments away from amazing parks, bars, coffee shops, and restaurants, and a short subway ride from most of Brooklyn and Manhattan. Bed-Stuy is bordered by Flushing Avenue to the north, Classon Avenue to the west, Broadway to the east, and Atlantic Avenue to the south. The main shopping street, Fulton Street, runs east-west the length of the neighborhood and intersects high-traffic north-south streets including Bedford Avenue, Nostrand Avenue, and Stuyvesant Avenue. There is a flight of stairs from the street level to the front door, a flight of stairs between the living area and the bedrooms/office, and a flight of stairs from the deck off the kitchen to the backyard. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. Pets are not allowed at this property. You will either be personally greeted by a partner member or provided with self check-in instructions. The concierge team is available to assist you with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. Details will be provided upon confirmation of your stay. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair, and a 32" monitor. A laptop computer is not included.
